Cant even get it to open

Glitches every time I use it, never even got to sign in. When I try to connect with Facebook it wont stop going back and forth between Windows. When I try to use email, it keeps moving the email and password lines up higher and higher until theyre completely off my screen and wont scroll back. I have a brand new iPhone 6s, updates are current and up to date.
